We do all the research, leg work and hard work, while you can sit back, relax and know that everything will be perfect on your big day. We present potential suppliers, make all communications - all you need to do is make decisions and say I do.
To start off with, Royale Affair will meet with you or make contact via skype for a 90 minute consultation to discuss your budget, vision for your big day and assess what you require help with. As the Diamond Package is an all-inclusive package, all your requirements will be met!

To start off with, Royale Affair will meet with you or make contact via skype for a 90 minute consultation to discuss your budget, vision for your big day and assess what you require help with. As the Diamond Package is an all-inclusive package, all your requirements will be met!
- Initial discussion to discuss your dreams and vision for your special day - including theme, style, colour, location, ceremony, reception decor, invitations, entertainment, photographers, bridal party, catering and more.
- Budget creation and management with tracking and updates to ensure there is no overspend.
- Preparation of a timeline for your wedding. Creating deadlines and goals for each stage of the planning process.
- Unlimited support via e-mail, phone, skype or in person.
- Management of guest list including the ordering and sending of your save the dates, wedding invitations, being the contact for your RSVP's and following up with guests who do not RSVP on time.
- Vendor and Supplier co-ordination including researching potential vendors and suppliers, obtaining quotes, arranging (and where possible) attending meetings, managing deposits, payments and contracts, providing a first point of contact.
- Assistance with the seating arrangements and layout design of your reception.
- Provide information required for the arrangement of your marriage license.
- Co-ordination of any extras - may include next day activities, accommodation, travel for out-of-town guests, pre-wedding pampering.
If you require Royale Affair's assistance on the day the following will be included:
- Transportation of any equipment needed at the ceremony or reception locations.
- Set-up of the venue including room and table decor, menus, place cards, favours, guest book, etc
- Supervision of any set-up by vendors or suppliers
- Ceremony co-ordination - greeting guests, suppliers & vendors, ensuring that everything is ready to go when they're meant to be.
- Reception co-ordination - ensuring that the recception runs smoothly on time including speeches, dances, bouquet toss, garter toss, games, cake cutting.
