Saving the Date
Choosing a date for your wedding can be tricky, not made any easier by the abundance of choice! 365 days in a year and you only need to choose one!
The first thing to consider is whether you have a special date in mind that you would like to plan your wedding for - i.e Valentines Day, Anniversary etc
Does it clash with any family events or holidays? Birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, family holidays, public holidays.
The next thing to consider is the time of year - do you want a spring/summer wedding, or an autumn/winter wedding?

- Temperature - Winter weddings are great indoor weddings and snowy mountains (location depending) provide a beautiful backdrop for your wedding photos. Summer weddings are fabulous outdoor weddings. Make use of beautiful gardens or beaches but don't forget to consider your guests and the hot summer temps - you don't want your guests sweltering!
- Venue - Is you venue outdoors? If so, does it have a back-up option for if the weather doesn't co-operate? Is there shade for if the temperature gets too much for your guests? Will you be able to cope with the heat in your beautiful dress?
